Having imported many dogs from oversea, "Dolly", to me was just one of the dogs that I will take into my wings, finish her title & then use in my breeding program the best posible way.  I didn't give too much excitement on her (although i wana know how she looks like in person).  December 21 was the day she arrive.  that morning, arrangements was being done with the broker who will facilitate her release in the cargo area.  "Dolly" was suppose to leave in Buenaos Aires Argentina then will make one stop over somewhere & then her final destination will be in Manila 7:40pm of December 21.  Since US bucks isn't that high at this time, this is the best time to do the importation & "Dolly" will be my Christmas gift to myself.  Don't ask me about "Beep" (the American Champion red male basenji) or the male whippet i am still scouting or the other dobermann puppy that will be comming in from New Zealand because I can think of all other occaasions & reasons to bring them in.  har har har. anyway, I have an idea on what she really looklike but i wana see her in person.  I know that she will not be small because her line is in the bigger size.  i waited infront of Security Bank in the Pairpags area & its really a long wait.  having been into this situation, i know better & got ourselves food to eat.  finally, "Dolly's" crate was being trollied out at about 11pm & I had her out to examine for myself how she really is.  She is nice.  I like her shape.  I need to bring her confidence out.  she got nice feet & her tigh is really very nice.  Well, she is not another "Africa" but i am sure she will give me more in my breeding program than "Africa".  "Dolly's" father is none other than World Champion Inaqui De Black Shadow who is sired by International Champion Nello's Lex Luthor, while her mother is Fetichie who is the mother of Jackie Red De Black Shadow, a bitch that I really admired.  Fetichie goes back to Am Ch Soquel's Distant Thunder who is also in some of my dogs so im pretty sure "Dolly" will be very vital in my breeding program in connecting my Distant Thunder & my Lex Luthor bloodline.  She will be one dog interesting to see in the show ring as well.  I hope she do well in this field as i expect her to be very strong contender when she finish her championship.  To "Dolly's" breeder, Elsa & Carlos whom I have developed a warm friendship, I thank them for sending "Dolly" to me.  You will see more of her from time to time.
