I got a friend, Sam & wife Chyndy who previously bought from me a dobermann puppy which was my share from a litter sired by my stud, "Cross".  They were highly recomended by my good friend, Bernie Montiero, so I didn't gave them too much trouble to be "Julia's" new owners.  I was very glad that I did because they gave Julia the best home and have treated her like their own child (very pampered & spoiled).  Julia even have her own yaya (oh taray di ba)!  Before I go any further & gets lost in my main topic, Sam & Chyndy works in GMA 7.  I being a loyal KAPUSO viewer, I am glad to have known this couple.  Its like being in and knowing the right people har har har.  Unknowingly, in their frequent visit to my kennel, they have tought of the idea of featuring my kennel in some of the programs they are handling.  The basenji, being a new breed in this country is the right matherial to feature. "Basenji", the barkless dog from Africa!  I tought they were only joking but loved the idea of being in TV. har har har.   Hey, who wouldn't want to be featured in TV and enjoy the 5 minutes fame.  I didn't tought they were serious until one day I recieve a call from Micholl who kept me updated on the process of the story line having to be approve.  It took about a month of correspondence until finally I got a call from Micholl schedulling me for the interview 1:00PM of March 25, 2008.  I am so excited and nervous as well.  i wana make the interview interesting & informative thats why I am trying to learn more about the breed.  We also made alot of cleanning up in our place (well, we tried! :-)).  So the day of rekonning is today.  I hope I don't make a mess of myself.  I am not telegenic as well so I hope that the camera would be a little kind with me and hopefully, I am able to show the viewer of Mel & Joey the joy of having basenji as pet.  This is my passion right now & I am very happy with what I am doing.  I am very happy with my dogs which is what is important.  Watch the show this sunday ha!!!!!
