When Richard Joson was conceptualizing of putting up a club in their province, he have already ask me to support their club and/or dog show.  I agreed.  They invited a good line-up of judges, March 1, saturday, they have Michael Hollobone and Robert Dawson. March 2, sunday, they have Ronnie Natividad and Ms. Tong Sue Lynn.  I came in prepared with 7 dobermanns, 7 whippets and 2 basenji puppies.  This is really a lot of work and sacrifice in our part but the organizer really made our stay in Nueva Ecija very enjoyeable.  They have the Greenland leisure suit as a villa type motel where dogs are allowed to stay inside the airconditioned room.  The Joson's, Roland Rebulledo, the other officers and members of the club really knows how to put up a show even if it is their first time to hold an official dogshow.  there were minor hitches in the begining but nothing was too big not to be ironed out.  Michael Hollobone's Best in Show was a dobermann, Philippine Grand Champion Sun Dog Dobe Blo v Asawood owned by Mariechelle & Ricky Sun.    Runners-Up Best In Show was the beagle, "Mickey", Phil Hof Orobay Back to Reality owned by Jay Tan & Frank Lao.  Best Baby Puppy was the Shih Tzu of Maribel Sy.  Robert Dawson's Best in Show was a pomeranian handled by Tino for owner Basilio Yap.  Runners-Up Best In Show was Phil Grand Ch Sun Dog Dobe Blo v Asawood.  Best baby puppy was my basenji, Asawood's Princess Sarrah.  Ronnie Natividad's Best In Show was the pekengese of Dr. Lo, Runners-Up Best in Show was the beagle, Mickey.  Best Baby Puppy was Maribel Sy's Shih Tzu.  Ms. Tong Sue Lynn's Best in Show was the Dobermann, Philippine Grand Champion Sun Dog Dobe Blo V Asawood.  Runners-Up Best In Show was the pekengese of Dr Lo. Best Baby Puppy In Show was the shih tzu of Maribel Sy.  We are able to finish 1 whippet (Asawood's Hon Villavicencio) and 2 dobermanns (Asawood's Hart of Mine, "Zeus" owned by Jessie Baloto; and Bedale Field's Crown v Asawood "Julia" owned by Samuel Briones and wife Cynth.)  Richard Joson and Roland Rebolledo finish their two dobermanns as well, Garrison's Athena v Bighorn ("Spade")and Rebelyel's Cupid v Baccarat ("Cupid").  Things were really great this weekends show.  we had lots of fun in the dogshow.  the hospitality was great.  Mel Tuason did very well in being the chairman of the show and handled all the trouble shooting.  Again, I thank all the people who was part of the show for giving us a warm wellcome.  The organizer really needs to be congratulated for putting up a very well organized dogshow.
